Internship Structure

Duration: 2–3 months (exact period decided during interviews, based on team needs and candidate availability)
Mode: Fully remote, 5-day work week (flexible on which 5 days)
Impact: Direct contribution to a live product with global users

Open Roles

1. Intern — App Development (FlutterFlow: Logic Building)

Focus: FlutterFlow App Development & Logic Building

Build and refine app features using FlutterFlow.
Translate product requirements into scalable logic flows.
Collaborate with design and product teams to ensure smooth user experiences.
Document workflows and maintain clean, modular structures.

2. Intern — App Development (FlutterFlow: Bug Fixing & Testing)

Focus: FlutterFlow Bug Fixing & App Testing

Debug and resolve issues in existing FlutterFlow modules.
Conduct functional and regression testing across devices.
Maintain test cases and ensure app stability before releases.
Collaborate with developers to improve reliability and performance.

3. Intern — Release Management

Focus: FlutterFlow App Deployment (Google Play & Apple Store)

Assist in preparing builds for Google Play Console and App Store Connect.
Manage versioning, release notes, and compliance documentation.
Support CI/CD workflows and troubleshoot deployment errors.
Ensure smooth rollout of updates across platforms.

4. Intern — ML/AI (Framework & Infrastructure)

Focus: S2A2 Framework Enhancements, ML/AI Model Tuning, Infrastructure Management

Enhance and optimize SoulSync’s S2A2 framework.
Tune ML/AI models for performance and accuracy.
Support infrastructure management for scalable deployments.
Collaborate with product and engineering teams on AI-driven features.

5. Intern — ML/AI (Research & Security)

Focus: Research & Analysis, Data Protection, Information Security

Conduct research on AI/ML trends relevant to SoulSync.
Support data protection and privacy-first initiatives.
Assist in implementing security best practices for AI workflows.
Document findings and propose improvements.

6. Intern — AI Product Management

Focus: Customer Support, Requirement Analysis, Documentation

Engage with customers to gather feedback and requirements.
Translate user needs into clear product requirements.
Prioritize features in collaboration with engineering and design.
Draft product requirement documents (PRDs) and release notes.

7. Intern — HR

Focus: Operations, Hiring Support, TA Strategy

Support day-to-day HR operations and documentation.
Assist in hiring processes: sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
Manage exit documentation and employee lifecycle tasks.
Contribute to Talent Acquisition (TA) strategy and employer branding.
