Terms of Use (End User License Agreement) — SoulSync Pro

1) License Grant

SoulSync Pro (referred in the document also as “App”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App solely for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.

2) User Obligations

You must use the App in compliance with all applicable laws. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, distribute, or create derivative works of the App. You may not use the App for any unlawful, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or harmful purpose.

3) Purchases, Subscriptions & Payments

Some features of the App are available through auto-renewable subscriptions. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize Apple’s App Store to charge your account. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings. Prices and terms are displayed clearly in-app prior to purchase.

The App also offers one-time consumable purchases, such as Karma Coins. Once a consumable is purchased and delivered to your account, it is considered final and non-refundable, except where required by law.

All prices, fees, and available purchase options will be displayed clearly within the App before you complete a transaction.

You acknowledge that you are purchasing only a limited, revocable license to use virtual items within the App and that these have no real-world cash value.

4) Privacy & Data

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at: http://soulsyncpro.com/privacy.html

5) Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the App (including trademarks, content, and technology) remain the property of Quantum Edge Solutions LLC. You are granted no rights other than the limited license above.

6) Disclaimers & Limitations of Liability

The App provides wellbeing tools, not medical advice. We are not responsible for medical, psychiatric, or emergency situations. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties (express or implied) and limit our liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. If you are dissatisfied with the App, your sole remedy is to discontinue use.

7) Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

8) Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of United States of America. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration or courts in New Jersey, USA, unless otherwise required by law.

9) Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
